My name is Marty Trzpit and I've been interested in genealogy and family history since 2010.

My father's side ^(Trzpit) comes from a village in southern Poland as far back as I could find ^{(late 1700s)}.

Trzpit is easier to say in Polish. The IPA pronounciation is tʂpit. Americanized, it's been "tris-pit" or "triz-pit".
